I bought my ticket at the end of 2024 or the beginning of 2025. How can I redeem it?
You may visit the exhibition at any time during opening hours. You may only need to wait for the next group entry, which will be no longer than 15 minutes. Don’t worry—the waiting area is also interesting!
HOWEVER! For weekends, public holidays, and school breaks, we recommend booking a time slot in advance. For this, please contact us at info@michaeljackson.hu.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Yes, you can buy tickets on site. However we recommend buying your tickets online in advance and selecting your preferred date and time slot. This way, you can avoid potential queues, as we cannot guarantee there won’t be a wait at the venue. Our exhibition operates in time slots, so the waiting time depends on how many tickets have already been sold for a given period.
Can I pay with a SZÉP card?
Yes, SZÉP card payment is available both for online and on-site ticket purchases. We accept OTP, MBH, K&H SZÉP cards.
Can I book an appointment without purchasing a ticket?
Yes, in this case, please contact us at +36 20 405 2455 or email us at info@michaeljackson.hu. Arrange a time with us and pay for your ticket on site upon arrival.
Can I buy a ticket without an appointment?
It is not possible to purchase tickets without a date, you can purchase a value-based gift voucher, which you can then redeem for a date ticket via our website.
Is the ticket refundable?
No, tickets are non-refundable; in cases of force majeure, ticket exchanges may be possible following an individual assessment.
Are the exhibited items available for purchase?
No, the objects are part of a private collection and are not exhibited for sale.
Are chairs and seating available at the exhibition?
Can I bring a dog?
Yes, the exhibition is pet-friendly, so we welcome your well-behaved pet, but it is important to keep it on a leash during the exhibition, as the light and sound effects may scare it.
Can I bring a stroller in?
Unfortunately, no, as strollers are not allowed in the area.
Is there a wardrobe?
Yes, there is a free cloakroom on site where you can leave your bag and coat, so its use is mandatory.
Where can I park?
Since the exhibition does not have a separate parking lot, we can recommend the surrounding streets or the Mercure Budapest Korona garage for those arriving by car.
Can I take photos/videos at the exhibition?
Yes, as long as you don’t use a flash. We would love for you to share your photos and videos on your social media pages. Remember, don’t disturb other visitors while taking photos! Professional cameras are allowed, as long as you use the photos for personal use only. Tripods are not allowed.
Is the exhibition accessible?
Our exhibition is partially accessible. The venue entrance is at street level; however, the exhibition area located in the basement can only be reached via stairs. Therefore, visitors using a wheelchair can access this part of the venue only with the assistance of a companion or caregiver. We offer discounted tickets for visitors with reduced mobility.
Can I bring food and drinks with me?
No, food and drinks are not allowed to be brought into the exhibition!
Are there restrooms at the exhibition?
Yes.
What happens if I’m late?
Your ticket will still remain valid, but you will have to wait for the next available group/time slot.
When should I arrive?
If possible, it is advisable to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
